Ascent is absolutely blessed to have Jill as part of the maintenance team. She is extremely skilled and makes fast work of any apartment issues. My unit had a concerning issue with the washer/dryer, and she got it up and running again within the same day.

The building is well built and maintained. Good noise isolation (good building materials), solid appliances and quick response to maintenance requests. The staff, including leasing office and maintenance crew (thank you Jill!), are fantastic.

Beware of Move-Out Delays and Unresolved Refunds — No Response from Greystar
We moved out of this property nearly four weeks ago, and we are still waiting for a resolution on our final account balance. We paid our final rent and utilities, and we are owed a refund of our security deposit (net of any cleaning or damages). Instead, the final move-out statement incorrectly listed utility charges we already paid, claiming that we owe them money.
When we raised the issue, the leasing office staff were kind and tried to help, but the problem lies with Greystar’s accounting and corporate support, who have been completely unresponsive for weeks. We were told that the matter was “escalated” and that we would receive an update by the end of the week — but after that promise, we were completely ghosted.
To make matters worse, we had to proactively follow up multiple times just to make sure our account wasn’t sent to collections for a charge we do not owe. The leasing team confirmed they asked the collection agency to hold off, which we appreciate — but no resident should ever have to worry about being sent to collections over a company’s internal accounting error.
It’s very disappointing that if a resident were late on payment, the property would have no hesitation in applying late fees or sending to collections, yet when the mistake is on their side, they seem to have no urgency or accountability.
Future residents should be aware that move-out billing issues can drag on for weeks with no response from Greystar, leaving you in financial limbo. Proceed with caution.

Gorgeous complex next to all the big tech offices. High-rise with unobstructed view of the city and gorgeous location to see the fireworks at the Space Needle & Lake Union/Gas Works Park. Interior design is top notch, felt very luxurious and modern with great accent choices. Trent & Ty at the leasing office are AMAZING, seriously setting the standard for hospitality. I'd always occasionally pop in to chat with them because they're so nice!

I love the building location and the amenities. Close to many places by walking, but still quiet and safe. The view from the rooftop is beautiful.
My apartment is great. It feels like new. It’s well illuminated and has excellent finishes and equipment.
The service from the leasing, concierge, and maintenance staff has been exceptional. I really appreciate Patrick and Regina's help in making my move go smoothly.
I'm happy to have made this place my home :)
