Unprofessional/Neglectful Management + Loud/Harassing Residents. Management staff ignores complaints. Residents are loud and disrespectful. If you are looking for something nice, this isn't it, even though the building is new, staff and residents aren't respectful. No oven/poor quality microwave "oven", have to bring your own convection oven.
I just completed my relocation to Seattle and Matthew from Gables supported me from tour all the way through to move in. I can’t say enough about the positive customer experience and attention to detail he provided, it was one of the top selling points to move here. I also can recommend this complex with 5 stars to anyone new to the area and looking for community and fun!
