I just completed my relocation to Seattle and Matthew from Gables supported me from tour all the way through to move in. I can’t say enough about the positive customer experience and attention to detail he provided, it was one of the top selling points to move here. I also can recommend this complex with 5 stars to anyone new to the area and looking for community and fun!

The Gables Team are incredibly helpful, and address concerns immediately. My experience working with Jake and his team has been nothing but positive, and I'm grateful for their timely assistance. Not only do they address concerns immediately, but they also attend to common areas in the Gables Community, which is much appreciated. Gables is the perfect place to call home. The Gables Team are always helpful and Professional. Jake and his Maintenance Team attend to concerns that are addressed immediately. They attend to every detail including quarterly unit maintenance checks, and weekly vacuuming/mopping of common areas. The Parking Garage and access points to the buildings were designed with Safety and Security in mind for the Guests, normally a huge concern for any Seattle renter in other apt buildings around the City. The Fitness Area is state of the art and central to the 3 buildings which makes a Gym Membership unnecessary. The Grounds and central Courtyard within the center of the 3 buildings footprints step you out of Seattle and into a Tropical quiet retreat miles outside of the City. There are rooftop indoor lounges with outdoor balcony areas which include furniture/grills to sit and enjoy the Sun and/or group functions. There are weekly and monthly activities that happen also. The Apartments are the perfect size with ample storage. The walls are well insulated for sound, unlike other apartments. I have never heard a neighbor nor even this past summers nightlife on the Ave. Amenities are literally on the same block or across the street. Safeway, Trader Joes, Restaurants, Ale Houses, Pilates/Yoga Studio, etc. The monthly rent is extremely reasonable when you consider all of the positive Staff/neighbors/points/amenities listed above. This Community is absolutely 5 Star!

This is a really great community! Folks are pretty nice and the building itself is very new & modern. Big props to the leasing term, especially Elly for being helpful and answering all of my questions even after I had signed my lease. Lots of great amenities in a close, walkable distance and it's right on top of a grocery store which feels like a cheat code!

Gables Queen Anne has far exceeded my expectations! The breathtaking views are truly unmatched in Seattle, especially the panoramic vistas from the rooftop (see photo). But what truly sets it apart is the incredible management team. Matthew, Teddi, and Donny were all incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making my move-in seamless. The property is ideally located with fantastic dining and shopping options right on Queen Anne Avenue. What truly makes Gables Queen Anne special is the human element. Matthew's knowledge and enthusiasm were invaluable, and Teddi and Donny have been so welcoming since I moved in. They've created a truly warm and inviting community. I highly recommend Gables Queen Anne to anyone seeking a high-quality living experience with a strong sense of community.
