I've had quick maintenance from Matt (who is also really friendly) and Sidney is wildly on top of things. They're also planning some renovations for existing tenants which is a step up from my last apartment that would refuse to improve an apartment for existing tenants.
New management has been awesome! I’ve gotten quick help on all my maintenance issues, including a Saturday-night emergency. Most importantly to me- It’s very quiet. I’m a noise-sensitive person, and I was nervous to move into a building with this many units because I was sure there would be noise issues. But so far nothing! I don’t hear my neighbors at all, not even footsteps from the units above me. The only people I’ve heard are folks enjoying the lovely roof, who are always respectful and head in after ~10:00. My other favorite part is the location. I love taking lunchtime walks along the canal, and I love that I can walk across the bridge to Fremont to enjoy a more lively neighborhood if I want. It’s such a beautiful area! I would recommend this building to a friend!
