Orion

I am currently a tenant at Orion. The best thing about this property is its location. Property overall is great as well. I like the way they maintain cleanliness, organise events & have a co working space for the days u want to work from home. It’s been few months in seattle but I am glad I choose this property over others

I've been a tenant at Orion since early 2020 right before the pandemic, and have seen the building go through many changes. When Greystar took over from Thrive it was pretty rocky at first, especially as an MFTE tenant our recertification got a little lost in the shuffle. However, the most recent office staff (Lauren, Dorian, and Jon) have all been so lovely to work with, and so helpful and responsive! After some not so great experiences with Thrive, its been great to have them around, as well as to see all the changes and beautification they've been making to the building, and community events, which have really made a difference. Hiroe, who's been with Orion since I moved in, always works so hard to keep the building very clean, and is so friendly and kind! Also Roland in maintenance has been very professional and quick to respond, and repairs have come out great. We love our apartment and the beautiful rooftop space, and as transit riders the location is super central and convenient. This review has been long overdue, but thank you so much Orion team, for making this a great place to live.
