Dissatisfied with the price to experience ratio. My main complaint is the asking price for my studio unit (utilities cost form a big part too) Pros: It's next to a bus stop and it's close to a park, some cafes and restaurants, and to grocery stores. The units are nice, mostly completely for living comfortably, the shared spaces are kept clean and mail/Amazon packages are excently handled. They did not ask me for a cosigner or credit score which was helpful for someone who didn't have either as I came for studies. (This may come into play in the cost in My opinion) Cons: No parking, almost no amenities (no gym just a small terrace), no aircon, small fridge, and small space (studio 300 ft2) for 1675 which there are other offerings for a 1bd apt at similar or even lower. And that's not even counting the utilities which they use RUBS (excluding electricity), so even if you are frugal with your usage, you could end up paying just below 200 on water, trash and sewage. I haven't had any problems with management and I have not move out yet, so I cannot say anything about the handling of the deposit. But just be mindful what are you getting for what are you paying. TLDR. You could be paying 1900 (rent + utilities) for a nice looking 300 ft2 studio with no parking, no aircon, no gym

Do NOT rent here, it’s commercial and money based. Be aware, you will get overcharged on so many miscellaneous things. The apartments are ok, management is responsive, but that’s it. They charge way too much for that little box. They will tell you that you get 500$ credit for a referral, but they will find an excuse to not credit you. I have been there. Also, when you move out, even if your apartment is clean and wiped up before you leave, they will charge you for re-painting (400$) for the following tenant, the price of the paint (40$), plus maintenance and other small fees. Congratulations, you lost more than half of your deposit. And if you have other pending fees from the last month’s rental, you lost the rest of your deposit. Congrats. Also, the rental fee they advertise for is just basic. SO MANY hidden fees will follow. You will get charged monthly about 150$ or so-for water, sewer, internet and others. I stayed there for two years, and don’t recommend leasing with Tripalink.
