If you love getting your security deposit stolen, have a landlord that never responds? This is the place to live. They stole my security deposit and charged me $1k for cleaning/painting and never informed me about it. I ended up receiving an email from a debt collection agency about their fees. They don't respond to phone calls or texts, when I lived here I'd go for weeks without hearing from them after texting them everyday for one simple thing. Oh and also, the garbage room usually has homeless people sleeping in it.

This building blatantly broke the law—they are guilty of fraud, and I have the proof to back it up. After I moved out, they tried to steal my $600 security deposit, fabricating bogus charges for “unit cleaning” and “paint/wall repair” (see their letter and bill below). This isn’t just shady—it’s straight-up illegal. Specifically, this directly violates RCW Title 59, Chapter 59.18, Section 69.18.257, Paragraph 4 (photo of the law attached). Fortunately for me (and unfortunately for them), I have video evidence proving the condition of the apartment when I left (Unfortunately they don’t allow me to post videos on a Google review so I attached some screenshots of the apartment upon move out). DO NOT stay here. This place is a scam, and now you’ve been warned. P.S. Parking is an absolute nightmare 90% of the time.
