Great experience living at Aquatic Higby. The property is very clean, calm, and well‑maintained, and it always feels safe and peaceful. The amenities are well kept, the building is well‑lit, and the parking is excellent, which is a huge plus in Berkeley. The location is super convenient, with grocery stores and everyday essentials close by. The neighbours are friendly and respectful, and the staff is outstanding. A special shout‑out to Nitra, the co‑manager, who is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. I was the first resident to move into this building, I have been living here for 10 years, the location is fantastic the neighborhood is great and the building has great amenities. I have to say the customer service has noticeably stepped up since Sami the new manager took over. Jesus the maintenance manager is always ready to help and Nitra the leasing agent is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a well managed property in a great area.
