Lived there for almost five years. Had to move away for work but would live there again. The leasing staff was fair and responsive, the maintenance and security staff were reliable and friendly, and the building was overall well run. Their package management system was well done as well. Biggest downside was the apartments not having a lot of storage, but not a deal breaker. Great location in the heart of Ktown

Great experience moving into The Pearl on Wilshire Apartments. Helen was very kind and helpful from the tour to move-in. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
