Prior to filing, I made multiple attempts to resolve these issues through management, but was unable to reach a resolution. The issues I experienced included: • Security gates not being properly maintained • Approximately three weeks without air conditioning * Cold water at 129 degrees in daytime. • Non-functioning jacuzzi amenities • Ongoing communication issues with management • Disputed move-out charges, including my security deposit and an additional month’s rent As of now, the judgment remains unpaid and my follow-up attempts have not received a response.”
