I recently moved into the building, and as someone like myself who likes to ask a lot of questions and figure everything out, Fernando has been incredibly helpful and proactive in answering all of them. I feel confident that I can rely on him and the rest of the building staff, and so far the whole process has been very smooth overall.
Fernando was the light at the end of the tunnel. As an out of stater, I wouldn't say the transition was seamless but Fernando went above and beyond to get me in. He went out of his way on numerous occasions to send videos and answer questions not necessarily related to his job. I appreciate all the hard work and so far so good. I like the apartment, dog friendly atmosphere and neighborhood.
