I regret moving here so much they promised me 6 week of special move in I didn’t get all of that. They said I might pay around little over $1100 for everything for a one bedroom but now I’m paying $1400 I paid the same amount for my previous apartment which was a lot newer and better moved here thinking id pay less.

i'm gonna try to keep this short but man there's a lot. my bf and i moved here from ohio so i had to find an apartment solely online. i called this place and talked about pricing. i was told all units were renovated and all had a washer and dryer. so we signed a lease and trusted the word of mouth. we got here, talked to a new agent and he told us we were getting a non renovated unit because it's what we asked for. no. but we had no back up so whatever. we get into the unit and notice many things. horrible vinyl kitchen floors that was warping near the dishwasher, ZERO overhead lights or fans, paint splatters everywhere, floors, the glass balcony door, even carpet. dusty vents, none of the doors shut without needing yanked on, closet doors were off railings, bathtub spout was rusted away, kitchen cabinets off hinges, fridge door doesn't close all the way, roaches, front door isn't fully sealed and they STILL haven't fixed it which is causing our gas bill to go up since the cold air is coming in. windows are drafty. now onto the communal laundry. HORRIBLE. 5/10 machines work, the room STINKS and is dirty all the time. there's no door handle. NO light so good luck going there at night. they charge $2.25 to wash and $2.50 to dry. INSANE. this place milks money out of you any way they can. maintenance has walked into our apartment while we were SLEEPING and terrified us. we got accused of smoking on our second day here even though i was COOKING and now the people below us are smoking weed and it REEKS. i asked to break the lease bc we absolutely cannot stand this place but they wanted nearly 3x the amount we would pay for a new place. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!

We lived here for a year and we loved it! I took so many walks through the complex during the warmer months and the community pool was well maintained. Management was super responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. When we needed a new washer and dryer they were quick to replace ours. Michael on the maintenance team was so friendly and made a point to know our names. We also had good experiences with our neighbors, which does come down to luck but I loved seeing all the kiddos playing and running around. It feels like a family place and we always felt very comfortable here. I would live here again!

Enclave at Redwood was the perfect place for us in the last year. Management was always super kind and responsive (Sabrina is the best!) and we never had a problem getting maintenance out to fix our problems. Even when our toilet had water damaged the floor, they came out and made it better than it had been before. The new manager, Briana, was super easy to work with and solved a huge problem for us without any fuss. You have to like neighbors to live here, but that is true of any high density family housing. There are great people in the neighborhood. We loved having trees outside our window and grassy areas to walk through.

Please do not move here! It is 100% not worth any “pro” that you can try to justify it with. I moved in one month ago. Our apartment was filthy and never cleaned. Food on the walls, on the cabinets, mud on the floor, mysterious splatters on blinds, etc. The manager refused to do anything about it or refund us for our fee of hiring personal cleaners. We’ve had a leak in the ceiling since we’ve moved in with brown ceiling damage surrounding it. I’ve had to place three work orders now and it’s still not taken care of. You might think the fireplace is a great perk, sure, but it is also clogged with buildup and grease. The manager also refused to help us with that stating that she didn’t know you had to clean a fireplace anyways. The buildings are old, and, yes, I understand certain features will be dated - especially in the un renovated apartments. It truly is so much worse than that though, and it boils down to neglectful management that do less than the bare minimum to get a check. I regret signing my lease here so terribly bad.
