My wife set up a time to go view the apartments. She was running a couple of minutes late to the appointment and let the person who she had been communicating with know that. Got to the apartments and no one was there. She never received any message back and no one returned her calls or messages. Maybe a blessing in disguise, the area was not very clean with garbage lying around. Not impressed at all.
Park Central apartments is the absolute worst place you could ever live The maintenance guys don't do anything You see them always on the grounds walking around acting like they're picking up trash or moving everyone's trash cans around to make it look like they're doing something We have had a whole in our bathroom ceiling for almost a year now and they continue to say they're going to fix it and they don't and when they did try to fix it they came in with some plaster and just temporarily closed the hole while the upstairs toilet continues to leak to the point where the plaster came down after a week The cockroaches are horrific and they charge you for pest control but you don't ever get the service and when you go to the front office to confront them and ask them about it or try to get the situation taken care of all you get is attitude from the girls that work there You have people partying all night long yelling screaming outside of our bedroom window mean dogs being let run around without having leashes on to the point where I'm scared to let my kids go outside they charged us a pet fee for 3 years and then when I had finally noticed this extra charge and we do not have pets I went to the front office and all the girl could tell me was sorry we already closed our tax books We can't refund you that money which I think is straight BS this apartment complex should be shut down.
