I’d like to leave a huge thank-you to Adam, our maintenance worker. He came by two days ago to fix my toilet, and it was working perfectly afterward. When it started acting up again this afternoon, I put in another service request, and Adam was back in no time.
He took the extra time and used the right tools to make sure the issue was fully resolved. His service was fast, friendly, well-mannered, and respectful. He made me feel completely comfortable and never like I was a bother, even though he had to return for the same issue.
If I could give him 10 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Adam, for your outstanding service!

This place is the worst place if you want to call home. They only care about sitting in the office, ignoring concerns that tenants have. The asst mgr must know someone and got this job because he will answer your question by saying, "it was in the lease that you signed" But when you ask why he lied on a legal document, all he could say was, "that was my bad". They come up with bull crap charges once you move in and add it on your account that you pay your rent. So they take a fine out of your rent, unknown to you, making your rent late, along with late fees. We moved in to an ada unit because my husband is a paraplegic in a wheelchair. There are six safety bars around the tub and none around the toilet. When I told the asst mgr about it, he said we had to pay for reasonable accomodations?????? My husband cannot use the toilet without my help. One of there hidden fees is $210 stress free charge
When I asked about it, they said it is move out cost because moving out can be stressful, so they charge you when you move in. So basically what they are saying is every single person that moves out owes exactly $210. So what was the deposit for? Like I said, if you want to live in a business and you don't mind paying ridiculous charges, then you'll love it here. If you want to call it home, run fast and find another place to live.

I have no complaints. I love my two ladies in the front office even though I know they probably hate to see me coming because I’m coming not with the tea but something I need. However they are always so happy to help and never not greet me with a big smile. Yes there are messes sometimes but that is because they allow you all to have pets I would prefer no pets but Sage Valley is nice and allows the love of pets and we have the occasional gross people who let their dogs leave messes but I never see the same mess twice it will get cleaned quickly so do not let any reviews about messes deter you. This is a beautiful property with beautiful lounge area amenities. I love my shower space especially I always get compliments on how luxurious my restroom looks. I definitely plan to renew my lease again so long as I can remain in my quiet peaceful unit.

Update: had more service done by Adam plus Phil this time. They were in and out quickly, did great work, gave me some maintenance pointers, and made good conversation. Thank you guys!
This review is for Adam who came today to spray our balcony for wasps. My maintenance request was missing an important picture and Adam made sure to gather more information from me on the phone to make sure he did the job well. In and out in

Avoid Sage Valley at all costs — our experience here has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
This community is a prime example of poor management. Despite over 400 units, there is only one dumpster, which is constantly overflowing, creating a health hazard and eyesore alongside frequent trash and dog waste littering the property. The valet trash service is ineffective, and management has done nothing to fix these problems.
Guest parking is almost always full, mostly taken by residents avoiding garage fees, while the garage and stairwells remain filthy, smelly, and rarely cleaned. Amenities are too small for the number of residents and often overcrowded or broken.
Maintenance requests are routinely ignored or delayed. When we transferred to a new unit, it was handed over dirty, and a leaking AC caused water damage that took over a month to repair. During that time, we lived with buckets catching the leak and paid out of pocket for wasted water. Throughout this, Bridge Property Management showed a complete lack of responsibility, often blaming residents for problems caused by their own neglect.
They engage in predatory practices, charging fees for every little thing—including amenities most residents can’t even use due to neglect or overcrowding. They know residents are struggling with rising housing costs but don’t care; they will take everything they can.
We also toured Gateway, another property they manage, and were shocked at how rundown and dirty it was—a clear sign of neglect across their properties. On top of that, Sage Valley appears to be removing or hiding negative reviews to keep problems under wraps.
Do not rent here or at any Bridge Property Management community. Their marketing is misleading; once you sign, you’ll face neglect, poor service, and constant frustration.
This place had potential but has been ruined by greed and lack of care. We are not renewing our lease and strongly urge others to look elsewhere.
