I had a great experience touring this apartment community. The property was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The leasing staff was very friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. I especially liked the layout of the unit and how spacious it felt. Overall, it was a very positive tour and I would definitely recommend this community to others looking for a new home.

We participated in their first health fair and had an amazing experience! The staff was awesome, and the residents were just as wonderful—very welcoming and appreciative. It’s clear this community genuinely cares about creating meaningful experiences for the people who live there. We’re grateful to have been part of it. Having resided at this location for the past three months, I can confidently state that the experience has been exceptionally positive. Kim was incredibly patient during the five-week decision process, and the property manager, Sidney, provided a welcoming introduction and facilitated a smooth onboarding process. Furthermore, the community fostered by the residence services coordinator, Angel, is genuinely appreciated. The opportunity to connect with fellow residents has cultivated a sense of belonging and camaraderie that is unparalleled in my previous living experiences. The property itself is thoughtfully designed, featuring a children's play area, a dog park, and a resort-style swimming pool. The presence of paved pathways throughout the grounds provides convenient access for walking and exercise. Additionally, the availability of ADA-compliant apartments contributes to the diverse and inclusive nature of the complex.

I have been living in my apartment for almost 2 months now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The space is beautifully designed, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light that makes it feel warm and inviting. The layout is very functional, providing ample room for both relaxation and entertaining guests. There's plenty of parking space for tenants and guests, and I really love that you have to use an app to let people in the gate. It makes everything so much easier and feels safer! The amenities are fantastic, including a well-maintained gym and a lovely pool area that’s perfect for unwinding after a long day. Rachel has been an amazing asset to this property, she is responsive and friendly, always willing to assist with any concerns I may have. Trea has been great help with assisting me in which unit would be the best fit for me. He is patient and professional making the whole process easier. I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting Vincent, the maintenance manager. He’s come over to address any concerns I've had with my unit promptly, and he’s super friendly! It’s great to have someone so reliable and approachable! Location is another big plus! Being close to 35W, makes it incredibly convenient for my daily commute. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.
