I've lived here for a little over 4 years. It's been mostly good, but gone downhill a lot recently. I will not be renewing my lease and I recommend you look elsewhere for housing.

We were excited to move into this building but then they changed ownership (Dec 2025, from Cortland cap hill). They told us they were not going to change prices but then increased prices in each unit by at least $300 (and in some cases as high as $600). When I questioned them about this they never got back to me. Totally unaffordable now.
