Lived here with my husband during grad school, and for being so cheap compared to everywhere else, it was very well taken care of and in a great location. It was spotless when we moved in, and the staff were always very helpful and friendly. Close to UO (8-10 minute bike ride) and a lot of other trails. It can be noisy because the walls are very thin, especially for downstairs residents.
Good location to schools, bus routes, jobs, eats, and convenient store. Shopping is a little ways away. Lots of amenities for the kids. Walking is easy here. Amazon Trail and Park are right over there.
In south Eugene on Patterson Street, Spencer View Apartments sits on a residential stretch removed from the downtown bustle. Bushnell University is about a 5-minute drive or 21-minute walk away.
