Floor planMy parents were looking for a new place around this area and got lucky enough to find Luminous. The girl they helped them with their application ed very nice and quick. Her name is Liz. I recommend touring with her. She makes it so easy to move in.
I give 5 stars for Allen, the maintenance/handyman. He's fixed our toilet in the past and just installed our new dishwasher (the previous one stopped working) amongst other things. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, and a humble, kind man. As a complex as a whole we've never had any major issues in general. Nice central location you can get where ever you need to get to in a reasonable time. Would still like to see consistent security presence. Never heavy traffic going in and out, relatively quiet with the occasional spark here and there. Pretty good amenities and the Amazon locker is the best. The resident exclusive food trucks are always a cool way to give back. Thanks for being home for the past 4 years!
Luminous sits on West Charleston Boulevard on the west side of Las Vegas, near the shops and restaurants along the Charleston corridor. UNLV is about a 19-minute drive, with easy access across the west side and toward downtown.
