Najae is truly an exceptional Assistant Property Manager. From the moment she joined the team, she brought a level of professionalism, kindness, and dedication that stands out. She always greets me with a warm welcome, listens with genuine understanding, and makes every visit to the office feel comfortable. Even though she’s new, it already feels like she’s been here for years because of how naturally she fits in and how hard she works. She’s attentive, easy to communicate with, and consistently goes above and beyond for residents. Honestly, adding her to the team was one of the best decisions—they should’ve brought her on sooner.
