Najae is truly an exceptional Assistant Property Manager. From the moment she joined the team, she brought a level of professionalism, kindness, and dedication that stands out. She always greets me with a warm welcome, listens with genuine understanding, and makes every visit to the office feel comfortable. Even though she’s new, it already feels like she’s been here for years because of how naturally she fits in and how hard she works. She’s attentive, easy to communicate with, and consistently goes above and beyond for residents. Honestly, adding her to the team was one of the best decisions—they should’ve brought her on sooner. I’m grateful to have someone as dependable, approachable, and hardworking as Najea at the front. She’s truly a blessing to this community.

You can tell he takes pride in his work—he always explains what he’s fixing, makes sure everything is working before he leaves, and follows up to make sure we’re satisfied. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much. Thank you, Daniel, for keeping the community running smoothly. Out of all the supervisors I’ve met here, Daniel is the only one making a difference.

I had an after-hours emergency and Anthony responded so fast. Even though it was late, he showed up with a great attitude and took care of the issue right away. He made me feel safe and reassured, explained what happened, and made sure everything was resolved before leaving. I really appreciate his professionalism and dedication. I’ve lived at San Croix since March 21, 2024, and I’ve seen the community go through a few different managers. Since the current manager arrived, everything I’ve asked for has actually been completed. I had leaks in my apartment, and she had them repaired within a reasonable timeframe. I had a vinyl rip from previous maintenance work, and she got it fixed quickly. When I requested carpet cleaning, it was scheduled and completed the very next day. Most recently, I had a major flood in my unit over a weekend. She came out with the vendors to inspect the damage and determined I needed to transfer. She worked with me, gave me additional days over the weekend to move, and made the process as smooth as possible. Every time I’ve started to feel frustrated, she has stepped in and resolved the issue. Out of the three managers I’ve experienced here, she has been the best by far.
