I talked to Mrs. Daisy, her customer service was amazing and helped me find what I was looking for, also the maintenance man Elmer was very helpful and efficient, definitely would recommend.

I want to start by saying that Elmer is awesome and without him I would’ve given it 1 star only. We were excited to move here, main thing to make us make the step was the tennis court since my husband and I play, from August 2024 to August 2025 it was NEVER usable, the pool we only used about 3 times as it always had something wrong with it. The mailboxes were broken into 3 months ago and by the time we left it still hadn’t been fixed, I’m in the middle of immigration proceedings and I was very close to missing a very important meeting due to us having to pick up the mail at our local post office. Our AC broke and we spent almost an entire month with over 100F degrees inside our apartment (we’re new to Vegas so we weren’t well informed of our rights, otherwise we would’ve sued). We ASKED for a portable ac (they didn’t even offer one as soon as they knew our situation) and the one they gave us didn’t work at all, pulling a lot of electricity that we had to pay for only to better the temperature from over 100F to 90F (also it kept leaking all over the floor). It took them forever to send the company to fix it and we would ask for updates and would hear only crickets from their side. When it was time to renew our lease they wanted to increase it from 1700 to 1900 and they informed us of this when our ac was broken, we told them we were not renewing and they replied asking why and that we could make an agreement to leave it at the same price we’re paying if we stayed, we couldn’t wait to get out of there so we said no but that’s another thing that pissed me off, that they kept asking us to stay but wouldn’t update us on the ac situation! Oh! Also, our apartment was “newly remodeled” but the floor was falling apart, and there were so many things wrong like bad paint jobs and my husband had to put new screws on the cabinet handles as they would fall from the cabinet. Anyway, happy I’m out of there, I do not recommend.
