Elysian Gardens Apartments

If I could give it negative, I would. Do not move here!!! Meritus property group is HORRIBLE. They do not care about anyone living here. These apartments are severely neglected and tenants left out to dry. Meritus stopped paying the trash bill and waste management took the bins. Meritus blamed it on accounting staff issue. Mind you, I reported this issue before in July 2025 and they weren’t paying the bill then either (confirmed by the city). I have extreme mildew growing in my apartment. The laundry rooms are disgusting which I know is partly users but there should be a property manager!!! What are we paying for in our utilities?? Clearly not trash! Definitely not repairs, two tenants have broken glass in their back/front doors. I had a faulty oven for over a year. When I first reported that my oven ran 30-60 hotter than dial I was told to “turn it down”. It took me reporting it two more times and by then it was 100* hotter than the dial. It’s really such a shame that this is the way it is. These apartments would be so much better if anyone at Meritus actually cared.
