I lived there for almost 10 years, and had some great times. But I know some dirty secrets about the massive amount of asbestos between the floors, insulating the pipes. I know because they had me paint all of it black to hide it…. Very unhealthy. Also, it's some of the worst air to breathe in that particular part of town because of the car exhaust that settles in the lowest point. And it happens to be the lowest point. And with the smelting of metals in the industrial area, don't take my word for it, look it up. Some of the most toxic air in the US, no BS.
