Was hesitant at first saw rating but after reading the reviews looks like most of the issues are more tenant specific. This place is a dump, they consistantly try to collect more and more money from people. They are asking me for a bill I paid back whenever I moved out 2 years ago. For carpet replacement that I did no damage to. You people are awful, they ate up my 2400 dollar security deposit then asked for more money. Not to meantion you guys were insufferable, hot water always being out, turning water off all the time for maintenance, pools being absolutley disgusting, my car was broken into, not once but twice and I had to pay all the repairs and damages, prado didnt even so much as set up a security guard to patrol. I wouldn't ever stay here again if someone were to pay me to. They never fix any disputes. Beware of these apartments they are a bunch of very slimey people who only care about taking money from people and giving nothing in return. I could keep going but this about sums it up, if you want to constantly feel the need to pull hair from your head and hate your life at home then this is the place for you.

I was very much looking forward to seeing the apartment, I have never been so disappointed, no ram, no signs of exit and the man showing us the place was so unconcerned to show us the place. To find the apartment we went thur a maze, the halls look the never been clean, I didn't see no lights, and to top it off the doors were open with a rock. The funny thing is, your paying for what??? The apartment looked so bad that they can't even put a sink stopper. I cant they are charging so much, for what u get. I asked if the other ones were the same and of course he said yes, even though the plans on the paper show different ones. I guess he didn't want to work, or he just didn't like us. Very disappointed.
