The Village Mission Valley

Moving to The Village Mission Valley has been a wonderful experience! Sophia from RSO did a great job of onboarding us and made our move-in experience so easy. The maintenance team did a fantastic job of creating a home we love and appreciate! Having been a lifelong renter, this was the easiest move my husband and I have ever made. Our home is so quiet, and the views are amazing!

Please, do NOT move here!!!! I read the reviews prior but said it can’t be that bad. I was wrong !!! My 2nd month in, they had us relocate to a hotel for a month. Keep in mind, they called me The day my newborn was born. I spent money and time getting the apartment ready for them to kick us out for a month. They didn’t let me go thru my Insruance. The worker here denied giving me information my insurance was asking. electric bill skyrocketed. I would come to the apt after hours and see 10 machines connected . Dirt everywhere for the whole month. Even after they finished and claimed they cleaned, I still had to spend thousand to get it CLEAN, for my new born. Every time I’d take my newborn to the pool, there was people smoking weed. Security never did anything about it. But god forbid I park my car somewhere for 5-10 minutes because they would leave a warning note on it. Also, my car was parked 50 steps away from security booth, and over night some idiot hit my car and left it severely damaged. Nobody at security saw who hit my car. Front office didn’t do anything to help. Didn’t write my name or nothing. Just said they would follow up with me ( never did. 2,500 damages in my car ) Oh another time , I had an important work meeting. My car isn’t there / it’s towed. $300 I had to pay. My parking pass was clearly visible . Front office didn’t do nothing. 0/10. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!
