I’ve had such a positive experience with Telegraph Commons throughout the leasing process. From the very beginning, the team was communicative, patient, and incredibly supportive. They were always quick to respond to my questions, whether it was about lease terms, apartment features, or next steps. What really stood out was how understanding they were when unexpected life circumstances came up—they handled everything with compassion and professionalism. You can tell they genuinely care about their residents and want to make the process as smooth as possible. I truly appreciated the kindness and flexibility they showed me, and I would highly recommend Telegraph Commons to anyone looking for housing near Berkeley.

I had a viewing this morning with Mr David and he is the the most polite experienced agent I’ve ever encountered. David was very patient & calm while showing me multiple units on different floors, which by the way were beautiful. His approach is top tier. I highly recommend everyone to rent at the Telegraph Commons Apts they are so nice peaceful and clean. If you decide to check it out try to get your showing by David!!
