3.0(9 reviews)quality
why it ranked: Topaz earns its top spot for quality near San Diego Community College District with genuinely well-maintained apartments that feel like home from day one. Students consistently praise the spacious layouts, abundant storage (including those oversized closets with built-in shelving), and clean, quality finishes throughout appliances and fixtures that actually hold up. The roommate matching system works, the location is solid, and management keeps the place in excellent condition. As one resident put it, "Everything was clean when I moved in, the layout is spacious, and there's plenty of storage." It's the kind of place where you can actually relax.
